Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Goods must be returned promptly and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal, to:

Please note: Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. If goods are returned in a damaged condition or showing signs of use, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting loss in value in full from the refund amount.

Refund

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method as you used for the original transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
